My Story
Hallo. I am Ayan, an independent chef.
I love cooking, and I also love eating. It’s difficult to say which one is first.
After years of studying, cooking, and eating in TLV and Paris, I started operating as a private chef in 2010 and have been based in Berlin since 2016.
With a strong background in cooking, teaching, food design and culinary consulting, I’m passionate about continuously exploring the culinary playground
What I Offer
My cooking style is varied and combined with Mediterranean spiciness, French smoothness, and nutritional attitude.
From Vegan to Paleo, Mexican to Asian, I put together the method of classic gourmet with home cooking care, and offer my guests an
updated modern fusion.
